Beginners Courses

Anyone wishing to take up archery will want to join an established archery club with a strong coaching team. To become a member of RCA you must have completed a Beginners Course that meets the requirements of Archery GB.

RCA regularly run Beginners Courses which provides 1-2-1 coaching, typically run as:

Saturday/Sunday   4 sessions of 3 hours   

Wednesday           6 sessions of 2 hours   

All archery equipment necessary for the Beginners Course is provided by the club.

The course provides a structured experience into the ancient art of archery from qualified coaches, to learn how to safely shoot and starts your archery with good posture and technique.
